Refund Policy
We accept returns for defective or damaged items.
Reporting a fault
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please email popshop@poptacular.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- a brief description of the issue, and
- clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
Do not send anything back until we confirm the return—items sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
Where to send returns
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions. We cover reasonable return postage on faulty items.
What we’ll do
- Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject a faulty item for a full refund.
- After 30 days and within 6 months: we’ll repair or replace the item first. If that isn’t possible or the repair/replacement fails, you can reject the item for a refund.
Refunds
We’ll inspect your return promptly and email you the outcome. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Banks may take a few days to post the funds. If you haven’t received a refund 10 business days after our approval email, please contact us at popshop@poptacular.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is faulty and you prefer a replacement (subject to stock), we can arrange that under the “What we’ll do” section above.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards are non-refundable (except where required by law).
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
